Purpose

  • The RRB Constable exam refers to the recruitment process for constable-level positions in the Indian Railways through the Railway Recruitment Board (RRB). These posts are generally categorized under Group D positions, which include roles like Track Maintainer, Helper, Porter, Gangman, etc., under the Level 1 pay scale.

  • Educational Qualification:

    • Minimum: 10th Pass (Matriculation) or ITI from a recognized board.

Salary and Benefits

Basic Salary:

    • In-Hand Salary: ₹22,000–₹25,000/month, which includes various allowances such as DA (Dearness Allowance), HRA (House Rent Allowance), and TA (Traveling Allowance).
