Purpose

  • The RRB Constable exam refers to the recruitment process for constable-level positions in the Indian Railways through the Railway Recruitment Board (RRB). These posts are generally categorized under Group D positions, which include roles like Track Maintainer, Helper, Porter, Gangman, etc., under the Level 1 pay scale.

Salary and Benefits

Basic Salary:
