Civil Service Examination

Purpose

  • The Civil Services Examination (CSE) conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) is one of the most prestigious exams in India. It recruits candidates for various Group A and Group B services of the Government of India, including the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS), and Indian Police Service (IPS).

Application Process

  • Application fee: ₹200 (Exempted for female/SC/ST/PwBD candidates).

Elgibility Criteria

  • Nationality: Must be a citizen of India for IAS, IPS, and IFS.
